Our Process

The crew will begin by making saw cuts 3” away from the existing island and setting the stainless steel into the saw cuts. The concrete on the existing island is then coated with a liquid bonding agent and a 4,000-pound compression-strength concrete is poured over the entire island. This creates a 2” cap of new concrete on the existing island. Clean-up takes place while the concrete is setting. Once the concrete is cured, the forms are stripped and a final cleanup is completed.

We do not remove the dispensers or shut down the station during our process.
